1. Acceptance of the conditions

Welcome to ROI SHIELD, the service provided by ROI SHIELD. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these General Terms of Use (the "GCU") and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not accept all of these conditions, you are prohibited from using or accessing the service.

2. Services provided

ROI SHIELD is a platform that offers online and physical sales of electromenage et vertement. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service without notice and at any time. We will not be responsible to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or interruption of the service.

3. Obligations of the user

By using the service, you agree to:

Under no circumstances will ROI SHIELD, or its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, customers or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access or use or inability to access or use the service.
• Any behavior or content of third parties on the service.
• Any content obtained from the service.
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These T&Cs will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greenwood, Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or related to the use of the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Greenwood, Indiana.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these T&Cs at any time. If a revision is important, we will strive to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to the entry into force of any new conditions.
