1. Período de devolución

  • De 15 a 30 días después de la entrega si el producto está defectuoso o dañado.

2. Condiciones de devolución

Para ser elegible para una devolución, el producto debe incluir:

  • la caja o empaque original

  • el recibo de compra

  • todas las etiquetas

  • todos los accesorios incluidos con el producto

Los artículos que no cumplan con estas condiciones pueden no ser aceptados.

3. Productos no retornables

Los siguientes productos no pueden ser devueltos:

  • productos de higiene

  • pelucas

  • cosméticos abiertos perfumes

4. Proceso de reembolso

Una vez que el producto devuelto sea recibido e inspeccionado por la tienda, el reembolso será procesado.

  • Los reembolsos se emitirán al método de pago original.

  • Tiempo de procesamiento: 3 a 10 días hábiles, dependiendo del banco o proveedor de pago.

  3. Envíe el producto de vuelta a la tienda.

Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Period

Customers may request a return under the following conditions:

  • 2 to 15 days after delivery if the customer received the wrong product.

  • 15 to 30 days after delivery if the product is defective or damaged.

All returns must first be approved by our customer support team.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must include:

  • The original box or packaging

  • The purchase receipt

  • all tags and labels

  • All accessories included with the product

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned:

  • hygiene products

  • wigs

  • opened cosmetics and perfume

4. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected by the store, the refund will be processed.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing time: 3 to 10 business days depending on the bank or payment provider.

5. How to Request a Return

To return a product, follow these steps:

Contact our customer support team.

  1. Receive the return address and instructions.

  2. Send the product back to the store.

  3. Receive your refund after inspection.

1. Acceptance of the conditions

By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these General Terms of Use (the "GCU") and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not accept all of these conditions, you are prohibited from using or accessing the service.

2. Services provided

ROI SHIELDHT is a platform that offers online and physical sales of electromenage et vertement. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service without notice and at any time. We will not be responsible to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or interruption of the service.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you do not comply with the T&Cs. In the event of termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "according to availability", without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. Under no circumstances will ROI SHIELDHT, or its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, customers or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access or use or inability to access or use the service.
  • Any behavior or content of third parties on the service.
  • Any content obtained from the service.
  • Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These T&Cs will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greenwood, Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or related to the use of the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Greenwood, Indiana.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these T&Cs at any time. If a revision is important, we will strive to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to the entry into force of any new conditions. By continuing to access or use our service after the entry into force of these revisions, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
